Born with Purpose ...

With a purpose our Master Jesus Christ was born.
IF we follow his life to when He was still young you will see him in the temple
Luke 2:41-50
Only a child who understand His purpose here on earth would do what Jesus Christ was doing at the age of 12 years .
One can argue and say that but this was Jesus not an ordinary man like you and I ,but look at Joseph
Genesis 37:2,5-11
As a teen Joseph already knew that He was destined to lead ,God revealed it to him in a dream....
Jeremiah 1:4-5
To Jeremiah God revealed something so special for us to learn from ,that before we are born God almighty ..

• Chooses us 
• Approves us 
• Separates us 
• Sets us apart 
• Appoint us
• Consecrates us

Surely we are here on earth to fulfill something ,there is something that God has chosen 

me to accomplish .

There is something That God has set you apart for ,something that when you do you excel in it because God almighty has approved it for you ...

Many of us do not excel in what we do because our lives are not in-sync with what we are called to do .Nothing is fulfills us but only when we start to operate inline with that which God has appointed us to do.

So how do you know ,How do you find out your purpose ?

Deuternomy 30:14

Everything about you is within you ,it is in your heart.You don't have to search very far ,just within you .

Proverbs 4:23

This is one of the reason why the heart is so important ,and we are told to guard it at all times.
Guard your heart because if you defile it the purpose is also defiled,the vision is also defiled .

Luke 6:43-45

Whatever flows to the outside it is from the inside,Joy comes from the heart ,peace is also from the heart and flows to the outside.So it all starts on the inside .

Genesis 25:22

But again nothings stops me from finding out from the Lord, look at the mother of Jacob & Esau, the word of God tells us that she inquired from the Lord because she was not sure of what was happening in her belly .

How do I know I am doing that which God has called me to do? 

When you are operating under your purpose you will find that you are ;

• Fulfilled 
• Satisfied 
• Happy/joyful
• Passionate
• You do not toil 
• You Excel 
• You love what you are doing 

Proverbs 29:18

You can not continue to live like an ordinary person,find out why God has sent you here on earth that you may live a fulfilled life .

Staying where we belong

Shalom ....

Col 3:1-2

In this world that we live in there are so many distractions that seek to take our attention away and in many occasion  they win against us . We find our-self fighting to to stay where we belong for the word of God here is telling us that since we are raised with Christ we now belong where Christ is and that's where we ought to spend our time .

 A question to think about ?
Where do you spend most of your time ? with Christ in the heavenly places or here on earth ?
I want to spend most of my time where Christ is .It is true I can not be where Christ is physically but the Word of God is teaching us that through our mind we can be where Christ is .

Yes we have things that we want ,yes we have needs and desires which may be the reason why I always meditate on the issues of my life and never on God's Word but as a child of God I must desire to be where Christ is at all times regardless of what I go through in life .

How do I do this , How do I remain at my rightful place where Christ is ?
Isaiah 26:3
Keep your mind on God's word ,let your thoughts be on God's Word Remind yourself of the good works of the Lord ,that which God has done for your . Remember how Jesus Christ worked his wonders upon your life. as you meditate on His good works a prayer will begin to come up from within because there is no way that you can dwell on His good Works and you don't say thank you.
Reminding yourself of what Jesus Christ has done for you will strengthen your faith & your trust in Christ .
The devil always has a way of making us forget what God has done of us and in the end it seems like God has done nothing for you .

Hebrews 12:2
Refuse to be distracted and keep your eyes on Jesus ,in every situation see Jesus the one who overcame for you,the Jesus your savior , see Jesus your deliverer ,see Jesus your healer ,see Jesus your Provider ,Refuse to see what the enemy is presenting to you . Speak to yourself and encourage yourself , Speak to yourself and counsel your self to focus on Jesus .

Joshua 1:8
Keep the Word in your Mouth  and in your Mind & in your heart , Meditate out loud to yourself and also silently in your heart still to yourself .

Ephesians 6:18
"Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit"
Learn to pray silently from the heart, prayer does not have to end when you say Amen. Prayer must continue from within regardless of where you are and what you are doing .The Word of God tells us of a silent prayer of Hannah ,what a powerful prayer it was because it was through that prayer that Samuel was born .

There is more but I want to end here and trust that you will give it your best shot and do all that you can to remain where Jesus Christ is ...

We need His Word

He is the reflection of God's glory and the exact likeness of his being, and he holds everything together by his powerful word. After he had provided a cleansing from sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Highest Majesty

Lets pay attention to this portion which says He holds everything by His Word
Wow
If God holds everything by His Word & all things were made through the Word as john1 teaches us then how much of this word do we need


We were also created through His Word meaning it is only the Word that can sustain us ..
For me to receive I need this Word
For me to be healed I need this Word

12 They are not in heaven, for you to say, Who will go up to heaven for us and give us knowledge of them so that we may do them?
13 And they are not across the sea, for you to say, Who will go over the sea for us and give us news of them so that we may do them?
14 But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, so that you may do it.Deut 30:12-14 (BBE)

These Word is within us because we were made through it...
one of the reason why is not difficult to receive it because it is already a part of me ...
 .

His name is the Word

As we study the Word of God we learn of the many names of Jesus Christ & God the Father

& from the below Scriptures we learn of one of his names

John 1 :1
1 In the beginning existed the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God
John 1:1 (WesleyNT)


& that name is the Word ,this is confirmed by

John 1:14
And the Word came in the flesh, and lived for a time in our midst, so that we saw His glory—the glory as of the Father's only Son, sent from His presence. He was full of grace and truth
John 1:14 (WEY)

It now make sense why is so important to study our bibles ,because what is within the bible is the Word of God & the Word of God is Jesus Christ because it is jesus Christ who became flesh.

Remember as you are paging through & reading that you are reading Jesus ...
